We start with a discovery call to confirm scope and timeline. You pay 50% to start, I begin work within 3–5 business days, and we move through revisions together. Final payment is due within 7 days of delivery.
Absolutely — and many clients do exactly that. After your brand or website is built, a retainer plan keeps everything current and consistent without the need to re-engage for every new graphic.
Project availability varies. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling. Reach out early if you have a hard deadline — I'll always be honest about what's possible, and I'm pretty flexible.
Nonprofit pricing is already built into the packages above. For organizations with budget constraints, reach out, and we can discuss what's possible. I'm not in the business of gouging anyone.
